Prodigy Peel

The Prodigy Peel is an iS Clinical chemical peel system that uses a synergistic blend of resorcinol, lactic acid, salicylic acid, and citric acid to accelerate cellular turnover, refine skin texture, and address pigmentation and photo-ageing. Both the System (P2) and the Pro (P3) are self-neutralising - meaning no additional neutralising product is required - which makes for a consistent, controlled result with a reduced risk of post-inflammatory pigment changes.

Prodigy Peel System - A superficial peel (P2 formulation) suited to mild to moderate concerns. It targets fine lines, early pigmentation, congestion, and photo-ageing with minimal downtime. A considered starting point for those new to peels, or those maintaining results from previous treatments. 

Prodigy Peel Pro - A superficial to medium-depth peel (P3 formulation) that builds on the System with the addition of an advanced salicylic acid Booster. It reaches a deeper level of the skin to address more established concerns - skin laxity, pronounced pigmentation, active acne, and deeper textural irregularities.

Prodigy Peel System - Choose the System if you're new to chemical peels, want a reliable maintenance treatment, or are addressing mild to moderate concerns - early signs of ageing, slight uneven tone, dullness, or a congested complexion.

Prodigy Peel Pro - Choose the Pro if you have more established concerns - visible skin laxity, deeper or persistent pigmentation, active acne, or superficial scarring that hasn't responded fully to lighter treatments. A consultation with Claire will confirm suitability.

Prodigy Peel System - Minimal downtime. Skin will appear hydrated and luminous immediately post-treatment. Light flaking or mild peeling may occur between days three and five. Most clients move through their week with ease, making the System a practical option for those with busy schedules.

Prodigy Peel Pro - Moderate downtime.  The deeper action of the P3 means more pronounced peeling between days three and five, along with possible warmth and light sensitivity for up to one week. Plan accordingly - it's worth it for the results achieved.

Prodigy Peel System - iS Clinical Cleansing Complex and Active Serum are used in the two weeks prior to treatment to prepare and pre-condition the skin. This step improves peel penetration and reduces the risk of sensitivity.

Prodigy Peel Pro - The same pre-care applies - Cleansing Complex and Active Serum for two weeks prior - but for the Pro, this preparation is non-negotiable. The skin must be adequately conditioned before a deeper peel is performed. No exceptions.

Both systems deliver visible results from a single session - skin typically appears brighter, smoother, and more refined immediately after. For the most profound and lasting improvement, a course of treatments is recommended for both. Each session builds on the last, creating cumulative change in tone, texture, and clarity. The number of sessions recommended will depend on your skin's starting point and your goals, and will be outlined clearly at your consultation.

Both the System and the Pro have been formulated to minimise the risk of pigment irregularities - making them suitable for a broader range of skin tones than many traditional peels. That said, individual suitability does vary. Contraindications exist for both, and the Pro requires additional consideration given its deeper action. Claire will assess your skin thoroughly at consultation and will only recommend a treatment she is confident is right for you.
