Acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Naked Aesthetics ("Naked Aesthetics", "we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.nakedaesthetics.co.nz ("the website"). They are effective from 1 April 2026 and will replace all earlier Naked Aesthetics terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect. We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website. To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over. Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise). If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorization to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Availability and supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship Rejuran and Emepelle products to residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery time: We use overnight courier services for most orders. Delivery is usually the next business day after dispatch. Rural delivery and remote locations may take an extra 1–2 business days.
  • Courier: Orders are sent via NZ Post.

2. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel.

4. Delivery Details & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your name, delivery address, and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:

  • Leave it in a safe place (if "authority to leave" applies), or
  • Leave a card with instructions for re‑delivery or collection.

5. Delays or Delivery Issues If your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of dispatch (or 5 business days for rural addresses):

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.
  2. Contact the courier directly, quoting your tracking number.
  3. If you still need assistance, contact us at [email/phone] with your order number. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. courier network issues, weather, public holidays), but we will help you investigate and resolve issues where possible.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at claire@nakedaesthetics.co.nz, 021 147 9700. if:

  • Your order arrives damaged,
  • Items are missing, or
  • You receive the wrong product(s). Include:
  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos of the packaging, product, and any damage.
We will investigate and work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We sell medical‑grade / cosmeceutical skincare products, including Rejuran and Emepelle, which are hygiene‑sensitive.

For health and safety reasons, our returns policy is strict. We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Your rights under these laws apply in addition to the policy below. 1. Change of Mind Returns Because our products are applied to the skin and considered hygiene items:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind on any opened, used, or unsealed products.
We may accept a change‑of‑mind return on unopened items only, subject to all of the following:
  • The product is unopened, with seals and packaging intact,
  • The product is in original, resellable condition,
  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery, and
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
If we approve a change‑of‑mind return:
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a [refund / store credit / exchange] for the product price only (excluding original shipping fees). Please contact us before returning any product, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
2. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

Individual skin types and conditions vary. Please:

● Read the full ingredient list carefully before purchase, and
● Perform a patch test before full use. If you experience irritation or a possible allergic reaction:

1. Stop using the product immediately.

2. Seek medical advice if needed.

3. Contact us at [email/phone] with:

● Your order number,
● Product name and how it was used, and
● Photos of the affected area (if you are comfortable sharing) and any medical notes if available.

We assess each case individually.

Depending on the circumstances and our obligations under the CGA, we may offer advice, a replacement, store credit, or refund.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Products

You are entitled to products that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Contact us as soon as possible at claire@aesthetics.co.nz, 021 147 9700. if:

● Your product appears faulty or defective,
● It arrives damaged, or
● You receive the wrong product.

Please provide:

● Your order number,
● A description of the issue, and
● Clear photos or videos of the product, batch/lot number (if visible), and packaging.

We may ask you to return the product for assessment. If it is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied:

● We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund (as appropriate under the CGA), and
● We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return (Unless Required by Law)

Unless required by the Consumer Guarantees Act, we generally cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products,
  • Products where hygiene seals or packaging are broken,
  • Products without proof of purchase,
  • Gift cards or vouchers,
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they are faulty).

5. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at claire@aesthetics.co.nz, Ph: 021147 9700 with:

● Your name,
● Order number,
● Product(s) you wish to return, and
● The reason for the return (including photos where relevant).

2. Wait for our approval and return instructions, including the return address and reference.
3. Pack the item(s) securely, including your contact details and order number inside the parcel.
4. Send the parcel using a tracked courier service. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, unless we have arranged or agreed otherwise for faulty/incorrect items.

6. Processing of Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome.
● If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, or provide a store credit or replacement as agreed.
● Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (this depends on your bank or payment provider).

To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises. Applicable law and jurisdiction Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside. Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand . The Courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms of trade, or with the use of website or supply of any services. Where you or any other person who you act for, or who you permit to act for you supplies incorrect information for the purchase of a product or service and we incur cost in any matter concerning that name then we may recover the costs incurred by us from you (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis).
