Rejuran is one of the most established and widely used PN/PDRN skin boosters in the world, originating in South Korea and developed by PharmaResearch, a pharmaceutical company with a long history in polynucleotide research. Polynucleotides (PN) are long chains of nucleotides, extracted and purified from salmon DNA. Because salmon DNA is highly biocompatible with human skin, PN is safely absorbed and used to trigger the skin's natural repair processes — stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen, encouraging healthy cell turnover, calming inflammation, and improving blood flow and hydration within the skin.
Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is a related, more refined fragment of the polynucleotide chain. It works in a similar way to PN, but its smaller, more purified molecular structure allows it to penetrate the skin more easily, making it well suited to microneedling application.

What is Rejuran and how is it different from other PDRN products?
